- Technical Support Line
Our Technical Support Line represents our first line of support. Whether it’s urgent assistance or scheduling a Network Engineer for a future date, our staff will help you with all your computer network needs. A call or email to our Technical Support Line generates a trouble ticket and assigns a Network Engineer to complete the task. This trouble ticket allows us to track the call through resolution and monitor progress throughout the troubleshooting process.
Network Magic has many years of experience with both new installations and network upgrades. Over the years we have developed a methodology to ensure successful customer implementations. Initially, we VERIFY each installation with the hardware and software manufacturers involved; then we TEST, by doing the installation offline; and finally, we VALIDATE onsite after the installation has been completed. These procedures help keep our customers’ data safe and readily available when the installation is complete.
Network Magic believes our Network Engineering staff is the backbone of our organization. Our engineers are constantly trained on all new products so they can make recommendations to help your business.
